TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms cover the Ryvenna Studios website at ryveena.studio, run by Ryvenna Studios (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Our games have their own terms. Playing Drakeborne, including its prizes and purchases, is covered by the Drakeborne terms of service.
Using the website
- The website is free to use. It tells you about Ryvenna Studios, our games, our news and the $RYVEN token.
- You may read, link to and share the website. Please don’t copy large parts of it, scrape it, try to break it or use it to mislead anyone.
- The game numbers shown on the website (such as players online) come from the game server and may be late or briefly missing.
- Games marked “coming soon” are still being made. Their features, names and release dates can change, and we may decide not to release them.
$RYVEN
- $RYVEN is the Ryvenna Studios token. In our games it is planned to pay weekly prizes to top players and to be the currency of the in-game shop. The features described on the website are plans until we announce that they are live.
- $RYVEN launches on pump.fun, a third-party service on the Solana blockchain. We don’t control pump.fun, Solana, wallets or exchanges, and their own terms apply when you use them.
- The only official contract address is the one we post on ryveena.studio, our X account (@ryveenastudio) and the #announcements channel of our Discord. Any other address is not ours. We will never DM you first, and we will never ask for your wallet’s recovery phrase or private key.
- Crypto is risky. The price of $RYVEN can go up or down, and it can go to zero. $RYVEN is not an investment, a share in Ryvenna Studios or a promise of any return, and nothing on the website, in our games or on our social accounts is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
- You are responsible for following the law where you live, including any taxes. Don’t buy or use $RYVEN where it is not allowed.
- Blockchain transactions are final. We can’t reverse, refund or recover them, or recover a wallet you lose access to.
Links to other websites
The website links to our accounts on X, Instagram, Discord and YouTube, to pump.fun and to our games. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Our content
The website’s art, text, trailers, music, voices, code, names and logos belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may share screenshots and our trailers with a link back to us. Please don’t reuse our art, logos or names in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.
Legal
- The website is provided as is, without warranties. We don’t promise it will always be available, accurate or free of errors.
- To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using the website or from relying on what it says, including losses involving $RYVEN or other tokens. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
- These terms follow the law of the country where Ryvenna Studios is based. If something here can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- We may change these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
