PRIVACY POLICY
This policy covers the Ryvenna Studios website at ryveena.studio, run by Ryvenna Studios (“we”, “us”). The short version: the website itself collects almost nothing about you. We don’t use cookies, analytics, ads or trackers, we don’t ask for your name or email, and we don’t sell data.
Our games have their own privacy policy. What Drakeborne collects when you play, such as your saved character, your sign-in and your wallet address, is described in the Drakeborne privacy policy.
What the website collects
- Nothing you type in. The website has no forms, accounts or sign-in.
- No cookies, and no tracking. The website doesn’t set cookies or store anything in your browser, and it uses no analytics or advertising services.
- Technical data needed to show the page. Like every website, our server receives your internet (IP) address and basic details your browser sends (such as its type) when it loads a page. We use them only to deliver the page, and the website keeps no record of them. Our hosting provider may keep short-term logs to run and protect its service.
Who else is involved
- Railway hosts the website and the Drakeborne game server.
- Google Fonts provides the website’s fonts. Your browser loads them from Google, which sees your IP address when it does.
- The Drakeborne game server sends the website the live game numbers (such as players online). Your browser asks for them directly, so the game server sees your IP address. No personal data is sent back, only the numbers.
- Social platforms and pump.fun. When you click a link to X, Instagram, Discord, YouTube or pump.fun, you leave our website and their privacy policies apply.
We share data with others only as needed to run the website, or if the law requires it.
If you email us
If you write to ryveenastudio@gmail.com, we receive your email address and what you send. We use it only to answer you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, or US state privacy laws), you can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. The website itself holds nothing about you, but you can ask us about anything, including data from our games, at ryveenastudio@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The website is not meant for children under 13, and $RYVEN is only for adults. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We will never ask for your wallet’s recovery phrase or private key: anyone who does is a scammer.
